1. Scope and how requests work

By submitting a request for a festival trip spot through the website, you apply to participate in an organized trip. We coordinate logistics for participation, but specific arrangements may vary depending on venue operations, local conditions, and availability.

A submitted request does not automatically create a guaranteed trip reservation. Final confirmation (if any) is provided to you separately.

2. Eligibility and age expectations

For safety and compliance purposes, participation by minors may be subject to age limits and additional requirements (for example, consent and/or a responsible adult arrangement), depending on the festival, transport, and venue rules.

If you are requesting a spot for a young traveler, you confirm that you understand and will provide any required information and consents so the organizer can coordinate the trip in line with applicable rules.

3. Information you provide and accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting requests or contacting us. We may rely on the details you provide to coordinate logistics and communications.

If your details change, you should contact us promptly so we can update your request where possible.

4. Personal data and lawful basis

If you submit a lead/contact form or otherwise share personal data, brighthorizontally.com processes such data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" (Закон України "Про захист персональних даних").

We provide data subjects with required notices and rely on a lawful basis for the processing of personal data, as applicable.

5. Consumer information and tourism-related disclosures (Ukraine)

Where the service is offered as a consumer service or involves tourist services, we present information clearly and accessibly before a relevant consumer agreement is concluded, so you can make an informed choice. If the trip constitutes tourist services, we provide consumer-facing terms and mandatory information prior to concluding the tourist services agreement, including (as applicable) key details about price/payment, dates/duration, and other required disclosures. We refer to the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" (Закон України "Про туризм").

6. Logistics coordination and itinerary limitations

We coordinate itinerary and logistics efforts using information available at the time of planning. However, schedules, routing, timing, and on-site processes may change due to factors outside our control (for example, venue changes, transport delays, weather, regulatory updates, or operational constraints).

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control or by actions of third parties independent of our control.

7. Liability limitations

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable mandatory law. Any liability that we do have will be limited to the extent permitted by law.

You understand that travel involves risks. You are responsible for your own compliance with festival/venue requirements, travel documents where applicable, and personal safety precautions.

8. Advertising and accuracy

All promotional and online materials are provided in compliance with the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" (Закон України "Про рекламу"). If any content requires identification as advertising or sponsored content, it will be identified where applicable.
